Hydrogen-Rich Water

The More you know

Oxidative stress and inflammation are at the root of almost all physical and emotional problems. I am not a doctor, and none of what I say should be taken as medical advice. However, I would argue that consuming clean water is the first step to any form of holistic healing. Then, I would offer that not only water, but hydrogen-rich water, otherwise known as Electrolyzed Reduced Water (ERW), is the most healing water you can produce and drink in your own home. This water is possible with a water ionizer machine.

My Story

Chronic constipation and acne make anyone depressed. Turns out it’s all related. Add to that, excruciating gut pain that hospitalized me multiple times… I was afraid to eat anything. I spent lots of money on medical bills, supplements, doctors, and naturopaths. I tried all the latest diets like the Elimination diet and FODMAPS. I continued to suffer.

I saw a few Instagram friends post about Kangen Water Machines (the best water ionizers on the market) and how their health improved with ERW. I did my research about the Kangen brand, Enagic company, and ERW, and I knew I needed one. In 2019, I invested in my own Kangen Water Machine, and my health changed drastically. Acne and constipation are gone. No more gut pain. No more fear of food. I am free to bee me.

The Science

Activated hydrogen (H2) is the most bioavailable antioxidant on the planet. I recommend researching “hydrogen therapy” or “electrolyzed reduced water” with any disease, and you will find scientific and medical papers documenting their benefits. You can access these benefits from your own kitchen. ERW is also alkalized, meaning that it is alkaline through electrolysis (electric change), not chemical additives (chemical change). Water made alkaline through chemical change is not good for you and is what you pay for in bottled water or alkaline water bottle fill-up centers. When water is alkalized through electric change, Electrolyzed Reduced Water becomes rich with activated molecular hydrogen, and this with the negative Oxidative Reduction Potential (-ORP) is where you access the most healing benefits.

1 Machine… 7 Different pH Waters… Dozens of uses

Along with 3 different alkalized waters for drinking (8.5pH, 9.0pH, and 9.5pH), the Kangen Water Machine produces the neural 7.0pH water for drinking with medications or baby formula. It also produces slightly acidic 6.0pH water, known as Beauty Water, which is the same pH as your skin and hair or rainwater. The 6.0pH is perfect as a skin and hair toner or for watering plants and fungi. Replace all your toxic cleaning chemicals with water! I use my 2.5pH water in a brown glass spray bottle for disinfecting my kitchen and bathroom, cleaning wounds, as a mouthwash, and as a nasal spray. It has been priceless for my health. It is also called Hypochlorous Acid (HClO) and is the same chemical our white blood cells produce to prevent disease and infection, and it disinfects better than bleach. It is an incredible toxic-free and plastic-free money-saver for any home or business, and it can be used to sanitize a plant chemistry lab or mushroom grow-op.

Strong Alkalized 11.5pH (NaOH) is an emulsifier, degreaser, and super-powerful antioxidant. I most often use it for laundry detergent, cleaning my oven, and removing the resin from my plant medicine pipes. I also had amazing success using it as a ringworm treatment for me and my kitty, instead of the lime-sulfur treatment that is typically used (and very stinky and gross).
